A must-have upgrade kit to dial in the chassis rigidity for your Classic Mustang!
This kit combines three critical chassis upgrades for the 1967 and 1068 Classic Mustang for massive improvements over the stock car.
This kit includes three products designed and used by KruseBuilt: The Export Brace, the Monte Carlo Bar, and the Brake Master Cylinder Support.
The Export Brace: Its job is to increase the rigidity of the uni-body, between the firewall and shock towers, so the suspension can work more precisely. The Brace will reduce shock tower flex, improves steering precision by maintaining more consistent camber and caster, and it also helps to prevent long-term chassis fatigue.
The Monte Carlo Bar: A structural brace that connects the left and right shock towers across the engine bay to reduce the tendency of the shock towers to move toward or away from each other when the car is under load. This Bar also helps maintain the suspension geometry to aid the camber and caster angles, and improve steering response and predictability.
The Brake Master Cylinder Brace: This Brace is installed between the firewall and the Master Cylinder and then installed on the Shock Tower. This reinforces the firewall and eliminates the wall from flexing under hard braking scenarios, and allows the forces applied to the brake pedal to be transferred towards the braking instead of forcing the firewall to flex.
What you get: This kit is designed for the 1967-1968 Mustang and includes one Export Brace, one Monte Carlo Bar, and one Brake Master Cylinder Brace.
