Shipment Processing Times

Normal Shipment Times: Please allow up to 1 week for your items to be processed and shipped.

International Shipment times: We work with a third party shipping company (DHL and UPS) to help us ship internationally. Please allow up to 3 weeks from our ship date for your package to be delivered (check the emailed tracking number for best estimate on delivery date once item has been shipped).

Duty and Taxes: The shipping company you select at checkout may collect duty and taxes for international shipping, and/or sometimes it may be due once the package arrives in the country but before it is delivered.  We are not responsible for any duty or taxes owed prior to delivery.

Shipping issues: Once we drop off your package at the shipping company you chose during checkout, it is out of our hands.  We cannot control how, when, and where a package is handled, delivered, and the condition it is delivered in.  We may try and help on a case by case basis, but once the package has been shipped, it's now in the hands of your chosen shipper.  You will need to contact that shipper as they will have more information and can control the situation better than we can.

Giveaway Shipments: Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

Holiday Shipment Period: Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped. 

Holiday Season shipment deadline dates to receive package prior to December 24th: International shipment orders must be placed by December 5th. Domestic shipment orders must be placed by December 15th. Orders placed after above listed dates are not guaranteed to arrive prior to the holiday.
